Personal Care

  • Bathing and grooming independently

  • Dressing appropriately for the weather and occasion

  • Managing toileting and personal hygiene safely

Home & Daily Tasks

  • Keeping up with household cleaning or maintenance

  • Managing medications correctly and on time

Mobility & Safety
